About the drug

Allokin-alpha is the anti-viral drug of new generation which is intended for treatment of diseases caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), viruses of 1 and 2 type herpes, and also hepatitis B as a part of complex therapy.

In particular, high efficiency of the drug is proved in case of long-lasting treatment often recurred genital herpes. The course of herpes, as well as the majority of viral infections, to a great extent depends on a condition of immune system of the patient.

Originally, using Allokin-alpha against the papillomavirus infection, the impact is even more expressed, thanks to the use of antiviral drug Allokin-alpha the effect of elimination of human papilloma virus (HPV) has been achieved in 90% cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (using the classical treatment scheme). The conducted clinical trials have shown the high efficiency of Allokin-alpha in treatment of genital kondilomatoz, papillomas, flat and plantar warts.

The active ingredient of the drug is natural cytogenetically peptide alloferon, has been receiving by methods of chemical synthesis and been patented in Russia, Europe, the USA, Japan and other countries.

At present it is produced in the form of lyophilizate for preparation the solution for injections with the content of 1 mg Alloferon.
